In the past two years, approximately 22 million students nationwide experienced many disruptions in their studies and had to switch to online learning due to the influence of Covid-19. In the school year 2021-2021, the epidemic broke out more strongly with nearly 700,000 infections since the end of April, more than 17,000 people died, the curriculum was turned upside down.

On September 12, the Ministry of Education and Training said that an estimated 7.35 million students at all levels learn online, of which 1.5 million do not have the tools to participate in this form of learning. The Prime Minister set up the organization of the “Waves and Computers for Children” program to support minority students.

Currently, about one million computers are mobilized, and network operators also support fees for Internet access and e-learning software to ensure that all students have equal access.

The Ministry of Education has also issued a document that guides the adaptation of the curricula for primary, secondary and secondary education in the school year 2021-2022 in response to Covid-19, and ensures the completion of the school year.
