Currently, scientists have two ways to measure black holes according to mass or rotation speed. Thus, the rate at which they are found includes a range between 0 and 1.
Because this last position of the black hole rotates at a speed of 0.9, according to Einstein's theory, the time and space existing around it can be changed.
