Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has new content. When Treyarch teased the patch notes for the latest update to the game, the developer brought his favorite Nuketown map and is free to some players this week.
Nuketown, first introduced in Call of Duty: Black Ops, has become one of the most iconic multiplayer maps in the series. It has been re-created in all subsequent Black Ops games and has changed shape with the same general layout each time. In Black Ops 4, Nuketown takes the form of a small Russian city in the middle of winter. You can check it out first in the trailer above.
Thanks to Activision's exclusive contract with Sony, Nuketown will arrive on PS4 for the first time on Nov. 13 and Xbox One and PC releases will follow later. Treyarch has not announced exactly when the maps will be released on both platforms, but this time the PS4 exclusion period is only 7 days, not 30 days for previous Call of Duty games, so Xbox One and PC players will probably revisit Nuketown next week You will get a chance.
Treyarch is planning more free content for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Next month, the developer will introduce the first of several new professional characters. Treyarch also plans to host seasonal, weekly, and other time-limited events in the game, and the Battle Royale-inspired Blackout mode will also offer regular awareness updates, extensions and new modes.
Treyarch adjusts and improves Black Ops 4 with regular updates and patches. Recently, I focused on solving the slow stability problem in zombie mode and made some adjustments to blackout and multiplayer. I also have my own idea of how Blackout mode can be improved in the future.
