South Korea's smartphone maker Samsung unveiled a prototype of a smartphone that will be held in books a few days ago at a development conference in San Francisco. Analysts, however, were expecting the release of a very simple smartphone, but we could only expect the underlying technology.
The front of the prototype, presented by 5,000 software and partner developers, has a relatively small screen with a diagonal of 11.6 cm and the main display in its expanded state is 18.5 cm.
You can use it as a normal smartphone in a folded state. When the user opens it, the used application moves to a fairly large screen called Samsung's Infinity Flex. Of course, you can display more information and content on this screen than smaller information. This is useful for photos, videos and games as well as useful for example. This also applies to news apps that can display more messages.
According to the message of the third line, three applications can be used in the diffusion device without being opaque at the same time. To make things easier, you need to provide a new design for the One UI interface. Google also announced that its operating system version will support folding mobile phones.
The way to view the new smartphone is not yet known. At the development conference, Samsung could not see anything other than the screen because it announced the prototype. Also, the timing of the launch of the new smartphone was unknown.
Start selling should not be too far. Samsung plans to launch "the next few months" with Infinity Flex production. Therefore, analysts expect Samsung Electronics' first hands-free smartphone to be launched in 2019.
Samsung, the next generation of InfinitiFlex, invited everyone who attended the development conference. If your application is not appropriate, a fold phone is also an empty device with no actual content.
