MOSCOW, Nov. 13 – News The experiment in Paris helped Swiss biologists open up a very unusual microbial representation, directly affecting immunity and promoting body aging. Their findings have been published in the journal Immunity.
Scientists say hunger has slowed the body of mice. As aging and this process can be controlled, "- says Igor Yatsenko of the Federal Polytechnic School in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The human body contains about ten single-celled bacteria, fungi and other representatives of microorganisms in our cells. Observations in the last year show that microbial guns can affect not only human metabolism, cancer and other diseases but also their behavior.
For example, a year ago, US biologists tested mice and found that the development of autism was due to the absence of one kind of Lactobasillus reuteri bacteria in the gut and in the mother's gut.
In addition, Russian biologists have repeatedly hypothesized that microbial populations can affect more complex behavioral responses, affecting the degree of hormones and signaling molecules in the heat system. More recently, scientists have implied that device function and female brain function are related to microbial structure.
Russian scientists have questioned the inevitability of aging.
Yatsenko and his colleagues investigated how the composition of the microbial population has a significant effect on the aging of humans and other animals and how the "friend or foe" fighting intestinal bacteria affects the attention of the immune system.
To do this, scientists have damaged the PGRP-SD gene, which plays a role in recognizing "their" bacteria in the fruit fly flies that determined their ability to recognize healthy and dangerous microorganisms.
The transformation of such a genome has produced unexpected results. The longevity of ordinary insects has been disappointing. Scientists have tried to understand what they are linked to, and they have identified a "criminal", such as the bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum, that correlates the microbes of these fruit flies with their normal relative species.
When it turned out, there was an uncontrolled breeding of this microbe from the intestine of Paris as the destruction of the "friend or foe" system. There are always a few bacilli in the field of flies. As a result, large amounts of lactic acid began to enter the fruit fly organism causing inflammation and the formation of unequal oxidant molecules.
Russian scientists have found links between old age and cancer and inflammation.
The oxidizer in turn destroys the DNA of the intestinal cells and awakens the massive collapse. This accelerated aging in Paris and caused relatively early death. Scientists say similar processes can occur in humans and other mammalian fields.
If this is so, then such a relationship can explain why many people can not explain it more quickly than their peers and relatives who lead a similar lifestyle.
