But "beautiful" and "sexy" are not necessarily the same. The combination of i8 styling and exotic forms is surprisingly noticeable and highly desirable. That's right. It is very sexy.

Down the roof, the i8 Roadster takes the form of a baby supercar.
The new i8 Roadster is much more than a coupe brothers.
The open-top car's tiny fabric roof provides a nice profile that is as cool as a coupe. But when it contracts (there is a clever mechanism that stands upright and stands upright) it comes out in baby supercar style.
The roof shrinks in just 15 seconds and can operate up to 50 km / h. If it falls, pull the rear window 30mm back to stop the draft.

The Roadster is part of the refreshed i8 range – but we think it looks better than the Coupe.

The bimodal door is a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), a new design made of aluminum sheath.
The windshield frame is made entirely of CFRP, which is an important safety feature of the roadster and represents the strength of the material.
The low slung shape is also partly provided by the side skirt of the i8 roadster, which is formed from CFRP.
