The Hungarian Football Federation (MLSZ) announced on Sunday on its official Twitter channel that Willi Orbán has been replaced by the defender of the Parma U national team, Balogh Botond, who had not previously played in the adult national team, for the qualification of the World Cup Tuesday against the English.

As is well known, Orbán joined the squad late last week due to illness, and according to her, his club agreed with the Hungarian federation that he could only play in the first match, against the Albanians, not against the English. On the other hand, Péter Gulácsi and Dominik Szoboszlai, who also play football for the CoR in Leipzig, are not affected by the news, they can stay with the national team.
Italian second division Parma 19-year-old defender Balogh Botond has previously played for the national teams (he also played in the U17 World Cup in 2019), he also played for the U21 team in September, and was also invited to the October matches by federal coach Zoltán Gera, but did not appear against Poland last Friday. On Tuesday, however, he could also make his debut against the English in the adult national team when he is sent to the field by federal captain Marco Rossi.
