New research has denied the myth about the effects of fish oil and vitamin D on food supplements. – BLITZ



Doctors in the US say that fish oil and vitamin D, the most common dietary supplement, do not reduce cardiovascular disease and cancer risk.

However, at high doses prescribed by doctors, fish oil helps people with hyperlipidemia and reduces the risk of death from cardiovascular disease.

Experts welcomed the results of two studies published at the American Cardiologists Association conference. They said it was a guideline for new treatment options for hundreds of thousands of patients.
