Criticize interval phases as diet: "First step to eating disorder"



INtervallfasten sounds so intricate and promising. Particularly as well-known as Eckart von Hirschhausen, they say that they get rid of ten kilos in this way. One of the few criticisms of this method, however, is the qualified nutrition expert and author of the book "Is It Healthy?" Beatrice Conrad from Switzerland. The 56-year-old even warns against what they call the exaggerated hype: "Interval fastening can be dangerous. It is a trend without convincing scientific data from human studies. It just lacks the evidence that it is healthy."
